  1. I think we have got used to Microsoft announcing the launch of a product every 6 to 8 months. Therefore, sometimes we don't even pay as much attention to the media about the articles and eventually, someone will talk about the pros and cons about the upcoming product. On the other hand, having an IT aficionado as a boyfriend, I totally understand that they love to comment online as soon as the information appears on the web. I had a good time reading your blog entry.

  2. I totally agree with Claudia. I think that most people who comment or blog actively are driven by vanity and pride. They crave for attention and affirmation more than anything else, especially when they are not getting it in their real job. Perhaps I am a cynic!

  3. I also think this article is well-organized. You analysed the news story in different aspects. its news characteristics, the content structure, the purpose of some inmportant words, like “Hibernate” and how the tone transfered. You observe very carefully. Good analysis!
